The underground motel in Coober Pedy greatly surpassed our expectations. We didn't realise that no taxis existed in coober pedy or public transport and so we were shuttled around by the owners of the motel free of charge. Motel was easy to locate and reception on arrival was friendly. Rooms are average size but very clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities are good and the overall feel is very homely.
