Wonderful & pleasant service. Clean spacious room with "large" LCD TV & a huge bathroom. Also rooms have double glazing so were quiet at night. Breakfast & dinner were very good & very reasonably priced. Will certainly stay here again.

This isn't the most attractive hotel from the outside but once you're inside everything is very comfortable. Lovely big bed, great size bathroom with fabulous shower and a good size table and chairs in the room. Everyone is right about the mini bar prices, they are very reasonable. We just stayed six nights at Fountainside, and loved every one of them. Great rooms, good staff, very reasonable prices, even the mini-bar drinks and snacks are a bargain! Sure, the hotel looks like crap from the outside, but it's on the inside that matters. And that's where they've put a lot of effort fixing it up.

We found this to be a wonderful place to stay. The room rates are very reasonable for the location which is easy walking to the wharf. The mini bar,wines and breakfast are user friendly. The wifi works great in the rooms. The rooms are large and clean. The staff very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend.
