Required urgent accommodation and organised with hotel via telephone. Upon arrival, were met with extremely polite and helpful staff and received a room upgrade. Room was extremely clean and modern with fantastic views. Could not have faulted any aspect of this hotel or it's staff.

This was a highlight of our overnight stay we had the Harbour view on the top floor, the view was stunning overlooking Constitution dock, room was very clean and dated service was good, found the room a little bit on the claustrophobic side but all in all it was good.

This hotel is in a great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms, well appointed with above average room fit out and size. Cleaners could take a little more attention to detail with the vacuum in the hallways and common areas along with the Lift foyers. Overall, highly recommended.

Stayed 2 nights in a harbour view room - very comfy, great location for a quick visit & could not have been happier. Friendly, helpful staff & great food at the restaurant Tasman. Will definitely stay there again.
