There were number of us that stayed at the Hotel and we were all 100% satisfied. The rooms were clean and had everything that we needed. We were able to park our cars and walk to where we needed to go. The staff were polite and helpful and freindly. The locataction was perfect. Nice room in excellent location to get to the main attractions of Melbourne. The hotel is a victorian building and we found the furnishings fitted in with building itself. We booked this hotel unseen online and we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms are small but comfortable and the breakfeast excellent. Management are friendly and go out of their way to assist. The setting is great with treelined streets historic terrace homes and a short stroll across the gardens to the city. more
