While this hotel is in a good location the hotel is small but clean. Our room was at the back of the hotel and three of us stayed, which we found a bit cramped. went there last year for 2 nights, booked via Entertainment Book, so price was ok. The entrance is a bit hidden/small but in general good location to central Melbourne city Corridor, lobby are so small and narrow, but the room itself is ok ... newly refurbished which probably was the best part. more

A terrible experience from start to finish here. They lost the booking via their own hotel website, but to be fair it was sorted out reasonably quickly.
