Stayed here early September in room 1708 (top floor). Bed was excellent. General fit out very good. Apartment could do with a coat of paint. Good overall accommodation - but you are really paying for location - easy walking distance to everything - including really good restaurants in lygon st - 15 minute walk - if that. Stayed at the Mantra on Park for two nights over a weekend. Got a pretty good deal through Hotel Club, AU$120 a night for a late checkout (midday Sunday) and a free bottle of wine.
