Dreadful welcome (if you can call it a welcome), advised that thought I had already arrived & my room had been given away. “Noisy location”

location is not relaxing as it is on a very busy main road and the traffic noise is non stop. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the balcony was dirty and the relentless traffic noise meant that you could not open the door to the balcony or even sit and relax on it.
