This hotel is extremely close to the airport - walk across a roadway. I used this hotel after a very long flight from Madrid so was dead tired with headache and nausa! It was great to lay flat! I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. It's always great. Whilst it's only an Airport Hotel. I love it! Breakfast is wonderful too. It's really convenient & modern. You just walk across a short footbridge into Melbourne Airport. The good thing about Melbourne Airport is that the International and Domestic Terminals are attached and just a walk away.... more

This property believes in trying to fix things instead of training staff. They believe that a free bottle of wine fixes reservation issues, check-in issue and restaurant issues. The hotel was in general was good - and very convenient for the airport (a few yards away) - the food was good, service friendly, and beds excellent.....but the pool and spa.....oh dear, what a disaster. Dirty, over-chlorinated, poorly maintained, no secure lockers, dirty towels strewn about, lights not working, etc etc and - no staff on duty. Avoid it... more
