We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, with a family of 4. One room the toilet was blocked.They knew about it,and had not even rung a plumber.We arrived on a Friday, so no toilet for the whole weekend. Effective July 15th 2009, our hotel has appointed a new contract cleaning company and hired a new housekeeping supervisor. We are confident all cleaning issues have now been resolved and housekeeping standards are excellent.
stayed here with my daughter for 8 days in april.as neither of us had been to melbourne before wanted a hotel that was near ttransport and had a resturant and was near shops etc.jika was great .arrived at about 2000hrs and check in guy was great,gave me key and signed forms everything was ready,also gave me a map and directions... more
Most websites exaggerate their facilities but this hotel's was spot on. Great location, clean modern rooms, nice restaurant. Was a pleasure to stay and I will definitely be back! more

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff and service was first class and the room was excellent. This hotel was rated a 4 star, I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep here it was so bad.
