Great Location , one bedroom suite is a great size and very reasonable for the centre of the CBD. Only thing i would like to see improved is the quality of the food on Loundes for breakfast and the Service was not good at all, but that could be just a training issue. everything else was great.

Conveniently located right in the heart of the CBD,it is handy to everything, especially Chinatown & the Bourke St. Mall - with great accommodation specials througout the year, clean spacious rooms, & friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again, as well as the more moderately priced Mercure Welcome, which adjoins the Swanston.

Great location to all the major shops.Rooms are very well appointed and clean with lots of facilities.Front office seemed not aware of accor card we are gold ,tried for an extra hour check out 11am and thats it. Forget the gaming room,staff are very rude unless they know their regaular players

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the middle of the city, close to everything - transport, entertainment, restaurants, cafes, bars etc. The room was very clean although dated. The reception staff were extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again, or recommending the hotel.

Stayed here again with hubby in 1111 which is a suite with separate bedroom. Check-in took 3 mins and same with check-out.
