even though we were promised a room upgrade by the hotel agent before we checked in, the receptionist got into an argument at the time of check in.. We were promised a champagne bottle and cake but had to ask for this 3 times.. the lobby entrance was a complete mess!! 24$ for parking for hotel guests also!! more

A king size bed made from 2 double bed mattresses ... so u can actually feel the edges of the mattress if u try to sleep in the middle of the bed. The carpet was sticky for some reason. Need I say more more

I usually stay at the Park Hyatt in Melbourne but had to go to its sibling the Grand Hyatt due to availability. The new upgraded lobby is stunning.
