I always trust Hyatt Hotels. As usual its a beautiful hotel with exceptional service and very comfortable. The internet service fee is very expensive, along with the price of the hotel, but it was a very nice stay. The gym was small, the jacuzzi wasn't very hot and the pool was not heated. more

Stayed here two nights in a King room on the 25th floor. Great views over Melbourne. The room was clean and quite large. Large wide screen TV, lounge chair and desk. Great hotel (I stayed on the club floor) and rooms. Service was excellent as were the amenities. Location is also very good. Rooms are getting a bit dated (but renovations were about to start).
