Stayed in Room 704 - noise wasn't a problem. Room was large and clean, with all of the facilities that I needed. Accommodation was also very well priced. 10min walk to Spencer Street Station, 5 minutes to Bourke St Mall, 2 minutes to tram stop, 5 minutes to Flinders Street - very handy more

Stayed just one night and will not go back. Struggled to get to sleep until bars and clubs near by closed in early hours of morning, then was woken by garbage truck and then building site started up. Ended up getting up and leaving very early just to escape the noise. Room was okay, but noise ruined stay. more

Great location - close to Elizabeth St and Bourke St for shopping and eateries but also close to bars and nightclubs. We stayed Saturday night and Sunday night.
