My husband and I just spent a night at the Novotel Melbourne on Collins and we were very pleasantly surprised. We bought an online deal including brekky and a KB. The Managers at the Novotel on Collins are certainly doing something right. The commitment to customer service goes through staff of this hotel at every level. The Novotel isn't the flashiest hotel Melbourne but you will go a long way (and pay a lot more) before you encounter better customer service. With a position that is unbeatable ad prices that...
