“Another great stay”

Think this is my 4th stay at Quest Collins Street. This time I had my family and we stayed in a huge 2 bedroom apartment that overlooked Collins Street. It was great. As usual the staff were fantastic. Fabulous location - close to shops, cafes and Theatre across the road.

Was booked in for a work trip, I was not expecting the level of service provided by the staff. “Little gem in the heart of Melbourne CBD”

“Location is spot on!”

Great location close to Swanston St and walking distance to pubs, bars and restuarants. Rooms were a bit tired looking, however did the job. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Don't understand why hotels don't install exhaust fans or locks on bathroom doors. Overall a decent place.

Just spent a night with friends at Quest. Great location, warm, comfy beds...lovely young lady at reception when we checked in. BUT not impressed with the 4am 'music/noise' wake up call!!! “Out of the Shoebox into Delightful Space”

Great space. separate large bedroom, well furnished and comfortable. Missed th entrance on first pass but it was where they said it was. Friendly, efficient and helpful check in staff. A great location for a City visit!

We stayed with friends so we were situated in 2 x 1 bedroom units connected by a door which we could close when we wanted. The units were very clean and well appointed.
