We stayed in one of the suites which has 180 degree views. Stunning views of Melbourne. The suite is well appointed and fashionably kitted out. Can't say the same for the staff who are brisk and ill mannered - with the exception of the doorman. Good location as it sits on the top end of Collins Street. more

Rooms feel dated but the bed is amazing. View is amazing. Bathroom is on the small side. The room did have a lot of dust that wasn't wiped away during room service.
