Second time I've stayed at the Sofitel (this was a mixed business/personal long weekend) and it was excellent again. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable and the service is excellent from all staff. Guests are allowed to use the fitness club next door (accessed via a direct corridor from the hotel). The rooms which all start from Level 35 and above are 5 Star all the way, Automated lighting in the bathrooms, 42-inch LCD's in the rooms, touch screen panels to control the lighting, TV etc. what more could you ask for!!!!! Got a high floor, with a great view towards the Parliament, St Pats and the gardens. Room controls are computerised. Nice comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Really the place to relax after a hard days work. Would definitely recommend it to any business traveller. more

Stayed for 3 nights in the Luxury Corner Room with City Views. The views in the room were great so as the King size bed, very comfortable. The service was good from the start till the end however the Receptionists should have been a little more welcoming. House keeping staff were lovely and prompt when I requested for extra amenities.... more
