This place is not falling apart, but standards are slipping. Our room had a broken toilet seat, a faulty lamp and an ironing board that no longer functioned. Stayed a weekend in an exec suite. Very well appointed suite with spa and multiple flatscreens, room was very well appointed and very clean. High quality linen used and the service within the hotel was excellengt. The hotel was very quiet with virtually no outside noise.
