Our family of four stayed in this hotel for one night. Our room had 2 queen beds and was more than comfortable, but not overly roomy. Our room was clean and everything was lovely including the nice bathroom. DVD players are in the rooms and DVD's are available at reception however first in first served. Service Very good! All staff very attentive in the conference centre. Only one staff member "Sarah" in the bar was found to be curt , a little rude to a number of colleagues and had a tendancy to carry out cleaning task rather than serve guests. I booked here because it was close to where i needed to be for work. Unfortunately i was sadly disappointed when i arrived in my room. A tired unkempt room with dirty bathroom, tired furnishings, fabrics and bedding. The room smelt, the air conditioning was ineffective and the overall feel of the place was dated and dirty. For a 4 and a half star hotel, this place is old and service is poor. Attitude problems when room service needs to be sent back that a dog wouldn't eat, undercooked and lacking in any flavour. Hired staff don't want to be there... that's the feeling we got. more
