Yes, the location is great, and the price is attractive for the location. But here is the deal to explain the price: all the rooms facing inside are blind, and all the rooms facing the street have their windows sealed. Despite the good location of this hotel, I have not stayed in a worse hotel for this sort of price. The corridors remind you of a hostel and the rooms are very basic. Location IS good, price via US agent was okay, but quality was pretty low.
