Terrific, central position in Melbourne near the River Yarra with all the many eating places around and a really easy walk into town. Rooms have a handy kitchenette, (sink, kettle, microwave, fridge, crockery + glasses). There are laundry facilities on two floors and each room has an iron and ironing board. Stayed here as it was reasonably close to the Tennis arenas for the Australian Open. Good location, approx 15 min walk to Tennis Arenas. Good comfortable room, staff could have been a bit friendlier. Breakfast was good. The location is excellent, very close to everything with no traffic noise. However there was a noisy group in the room next to ours, and unfortunately we could hear them through the adjoining door in the small hours of the morning. Otherwise good, happy to stay again. More
