We stayed for only one night and were very impressed . The reception staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean and well furnished. The bed was comfy and the room quiet. We will definitely stay again. Great value!

great service, great location, and great value, we caught the tram into the city, it was a very easy ride and lovely stay. We were given a map of the city and were able to find our way around very easily. The guys on reception were very helpful and proffessional. we will be back.

I liked the spacious one bedroom apartments however the apartment had a fishy smell to it, we couldnt be bothered asking to change rooms because we were there just for the night. The positive- It's a great location with a tram stop right out the front. The rooms are very large with a small kitchenette. Good, clean and large rooms. Nice bathrooms with lots of shampoo, conditioner, moisturisers and shower gels. Tram stop right out the front made it really easy to get into the city and the staff were helpful in directing us to bottle shops and grocery stores. Room had every thing you need and was great value for money. Tram stop out the front of hotel made getting around Melbourne really easy. Staff where helpful and polite with easy on site parking. Stayed for 2 nights and would stay again next time in Melbourne.
