We paid AUD$70 per night for this little studio apartment through their Run of House program. That means you book a place with them without knowing which of their numerous apartments they'll put you in; all you will be guaranteed of is the area and number of sleeps/bed configuration.

It was clean and well-maintained--it literally has everything you need! You just need to bring your clothes and money. There was a big heater, fan, TV, sofas, dining table, coffee table, little balcony. The bedroom came with a queen bed, iron and ironing board, heater, big cupboard and bedside tables and lamps. they provided us with loads of milk, tea, sugar and coffee, as well as towels and basic toiletries like soap, shampoo and conditioner.
