Good location, yet the service is poor. Booked agreeing on the double room for $150, however they offered a twin. Not much sense for us, who were a couple, getting away to Perth for a romantic vacation. The Crown Plaza is perfectly situated. My "upgraded" room was modest but had a small balcony looking out to the pool and the Swan river. It would be ideal to be on a highler floor, say above level 5. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights last week. Positives: * The bed was extremely comfortable. From the start of our stay everything went wrong. First the room allocated was actually in the middle of maintenance so they had to change rooms. Then second night in the rooms towels were not replaced and neither were the UHt milks for tea. ANd then finnaly after checking out i realized i had left my coat in the room.... more
