Room and Bathroom are nice, modern and all ok. AC is obviously very old and needs refurbishment as too noisy and inefficient. Internet is $27 with a 200mb limit followed by reduced speed or very high additional cost. 200mb easily used up in a couple of skype calls. When we arrived to our room it was hot as the air conditioning was off. Adjoining corridors lobby and restaurant hot as we believe air conditioning was inefficient. Nice staff and comfy room.....location is good for Swan River....otherwise it is uphill to the red cat which is a free shuttle bus to mall etc.......(actually not all that bad).......They very kindly let us check-in early (we had just arrived on the train) and also gave us an upgrade! More

Got a room on the 2nd floor and you are looking onto the pool wall 10 meters away. No view at all! This is the reason why I would never ever stay there again! The service is very good and all staff is very frindly. Good location next to the river Swan. More
