car parking was a rip off...think about 50 a night, service took forever, they tried to charge us for internet over 4 nights when we only used once on the last night.....watch em. Clean, good location, not as good as on site.... more

Found rooms really clean and comfortable. Very convenient position, short stroll to shops. Had a drink in the the funky bar Friday night and a fabulous, delicious breakfast. Great service, will definately be returning. more

Just came back from Perth on business and stayed at Citigate as it looked like great value and a nice place to stay (on their website). Was dissapointed when we were told we had to pay an extra $48 to park our car which is almost 1/3 of the total price we paid for stay and breakfast for 1 night.... more

I have stayed here a number of times and thoroughly enjoy this hotel operated now by Mirvac (previously Grand Chancellor). It is priced at the bottom end of business hotels in Perth but I think it would kill its competitors as it provides great value amenities service and quality food..
