I arrived late arriving on the last flight from Sydney and when I asked about car parking and they said Sorry but we can not help you - please find a park on the street! I was dumfounded - never before have I ever come across a hotel in a CBD that did not have some sort of parking arrangement.... more

Booked this as a "mystery hotel" and turned out very happy with the result. The check-in was very helpful and smooth. The staff member gave us a free upgrade to an executive suite (!) and informed us that breakfast was included (we weren't aware of this). She also suggested some places to go and eat as we hadn't been to... more

I recently attended a conference at Citgate Perth and was really impressed with the meeting rooms and also the service we received. The bedrooms are very spacious and this hotel has recently had a makeover and it shows. I stayed for 2 nights with my colleagues and we had lunch and breakfast each day in the restaurant both were really... more

car parking was a rip off...think about 50 a night, service took forever, they tried to charge us for internet over 4 nights when we only used once on the last night.....watch em. Clean, good location, not as good as on site.... more

Found rooms really clean and comfortable. Very convenient position, short stroll to shops. Had a drink in the the funky bar Friday night and a fabulous, delicious breakfast. Great service, will definately be returning. more

All the rooms look new and fresh with brand new furniture and large flat screen TV’s. The restaurant is also new offering good value for money. The staff have certainly improve their service deliver since my last... more

Everything in the foyer was gorgeous. But when we got to the counter, they had booked all 5 of our rooms for the previous night! They did however manage to accommodate us. They wanted a deposit of $50 which was quite large compared to other hotels. When getting up to the rooms, they were average size and the furniture was... more

Just came back from Perth on business and stayed at Citigate as it looked like great value and a nice place to stay (on their website). Was dissapointed when we were told we had to pay an extra $48 to park our car which is almost 1/3 of the total price we paid for stay and breakfast for 1 night.... more

I have stayed here a number of times and thoroughly enjoy this hotel operated now by Mirvac (previously Grand Chancellor). It is priced at the bottom end of business hotels in Perth but I think it would kill its competitors as it provides great value amenities service and quality food.. The food really is fantastic both for room service dinner... more
