We booked through wotif.com and got the FLAMING HOT DEAL which for $219 we got a king size room overlooking the south side of the building, valet parking and buffet breakfast for two in the cafe. Do not bother with this hotel - curtains torn; large hole in lounge chair in room; carpet tired; little helpful service. Is this now to be considered the Hyatt standard? If so, try alternatives unless your main criteria is just a clean room because this was about the best we could say about it. more
