We stayed here for 3 nights during the Red Bull Air Race and we found the hotel to be nice but not a botique hotel as they advertise. The hotel lobby and bar is really comfortable and nice. Beez Neez on tap which is a famous honey crafted local beer was flowing which is a plus and worth a pint.... more

I was booked in to a smoking room which smelt foul. I asked to be moved to another room but none were available. The staff were unsympathetic and unhelpful. If I had known I would not have stayed there. The decor and facilities are shabby and the place is generally in need of a major makeover. The toilet didn't flush... more

The hotel is in a great central location right in the CBD and within walking distance of the riverfront. My room was a good size but the decoration was rather dowdy - I don't see how they describe it as a boutique hotel. Staff were helpful. There is free internet access in the lobby which is useful.
