We have only ourselves to blame as Perth residents. We have that defeatist attitude when it comes to quality and service. Rooms are tired, TV ordinary, shower head is small and not much pressure . More importantly the staff especially bar and reception staff were uninterested and almost rude. Although convenient to the city I am sure Perth has a lot more to offer at more acceptable prices. more

Valet was a gentleman, receptionist was , arrogant and certainly did not wish to serve us, Our room key did not fit which then we had to chase up and no apology offered, Also they gave us only one key and on talking to the cleaner we should have had 2 which we had to chase up. As others have said this is a 3 star hotel at 5 star prices. The Rooms are nice and comfortable, but there is no service from staff. But be careful, they also hold $200 on your credit card for "incidentals" but do not release it on checkout, and is not mentioned anywhere. I had to call, got transfered 4 times... more
