Just stayed overnight on business $304 standard room plus $30 parking, staff took 30 minutes to check me in, there is no restaurant , room is old and dated, felt itchy laying in the bed, analogue TV, staff not helpful and do not understand English......never again.... YUK!

The very close proximity to trains, buses and ferries. Our room was spacious, comfortable and it had a magnificent view of Swan River. The Location is excellent and I liked the look and feel of the Esplanade and the staff were very friendly as well made me feel very welcome and relaxed I can't thank them enough.
