After a superb 3 days in a hidden gem (Eleebana Guest House) in Armadale, our last stop at Perth was at Sullivans. The staff were really nice..friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was acceptable. The room was a disappointment: the bed was uncomfortable, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, water temperatrue in the shower went hot n cold depending on use in other roms, decor was seriously tired. For the tariff I will look elsewhere next time more

This hotel is fine for the price, it is fairly basic but clean and comfortable. As I was reminded constantly in Perth/WA there is a lack of hotels compared to the demand and therefore you get less for your money than you would elsewhere such as east coast Australia. This hotel was recommended to us but was a great dissapointment. The service was civil but that was as far as it went. We were not accommodated where we initially requested and upon further enquiry, no further assistance was given. Our room smelt like urine as did the landing on our floor. This hotel is a renovated old granny flats building, It's pretty close to the city, with free council shuttle bus. The staff was really nice and helpful. However for the value of money that you have to pay for this hotel, you can find nicer hotels. more
