Good, basic, spacious apartment accommodation with very well equiped kitchen. No view from our apartment, but no doubt there is from some. Beautiful quiet residential location in South Perth across the river from downtown but there is a frequent ferry service to downtown ten minutes walk away. Located right on the freeway, which has traffic and trains 24/7, no double glazing and no sleep. Absolutely terrible location. What a find! These apartments are in a perfect location to experience Perth. 5 minute walk to the capuccino strip and great restaurants on the river's edge. I thought this complex was average and OK. We spent a week there, we found it clean, isolated from the shops / restuarants, hence we hired a car for our last 3 days (weekend) thats when our nightmare started with the management....the car was trashed, I had golf clubs stolen and a $1500 damage bill from the car hire company... more
