We booked a 3 bedrooms apartment for two nights one month ahead of time. However, when we checked in, they did not even have our booking, but they did managed to charge for us for one night stay (based on our credit card statement). I cannot say one nice thing about this hotel and I can only warn anyone who is thinking of staying there - think again! Stayed here on several occasions now and have no hesitation recommending it. Very comfortable units (especially when with a group of people). Great river walks. Short distance to good shopping and casino. Friendly staff, clean and great views of the city with sunsets. Definately stay at this place. more
