Stayed for 1 night. Was pleasantly surprised to see pots, pans, frying pans, kitchenware, normal sized fridge, microwave, etc. Double bed was comfortable. Right next to the motorway so as a light sleeper I used earplugs. Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Any problems were sorted out almost immediately. Would stay there again (room 202).

Very basic accomodation but perfectly adequate. Unfortunately Perth is very expensive when it comes to hotels so this seemed like very good option. Old and tired, not particularly well cleaned, peeling paint and cockroachs in the kitchen. Overwhelming traffic noise and heavy smell (ie old tobacco and takeaways!). Overpriced for such shoddy accommodation. Would not recommend it no matte how desperate you are!

This is situated close to CBD. It has all the facility in a cheaper rate. Bedroom, kitchen, Bathroom all the in a very good condition. Rooms are fully firnished with A.C. Refrigerator, Iron and all... It is the best palce to live in Perth Australia in minimal cost. Behaviour of staffs are also very humble & polite.... Thanks, Rahul
