Perth hotels can be very expensive and you don't get a lot for your money here. Rooms are somewhat dated and very basic and the whole hotel spells budget,budget, budget. If you look about and use sites like Wotif you can often pick up some great deals in Perth, similar price but much better value.

Good location with free CAT bus stop nearby. Also a 24 hour supermarket/internet shop on next block which we found very useful. We had continental breakfast included which was excellent.
