Overall it's a nice hotel, expensive for what you get and the beds are NOT comfortable at all. Definitely a better option for the price than the main crown metropol, but the only thing that it really has going for it is the number of places to drink and eat in the complex do it does make a good night... Its an OK hotel, clean and good sized rooms. Its a Novotel standard hotel, but with only $30 different between Promenade and Metropol spend the extra. I have stayed in both and the difference is amazing. Promenade is a good hotel, Metropol is world class. For some reason, every person had trouble using the cards in the elevators except me....
