Bernadette and Jonathan were incredibly friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Helped us arrange transport to and from airport, and even dropped us in CBD on their way to a meeting. it was just perfect. We arrived late in AKL and still Bernadette & Jonathan welcomed us friendly. Great facilities and above all super friendly, interested and caring hosts. Location is great aswell with a bunch of cool restaurants just nextby on Ponsonby Road. we loved it and want to come back when in New Zealand again.

Ponsonby House is by far the best B&B I have ever stayed in. The house is exquisite, and the hosts, Jonathan and Bernadette, are so welcoming and thoughtful. I left feeling as though I was leaving two new friends behind.
