Thhe hotel is good value, in a great position overlooking Viaduct harbour, on the edge of town. The staff were friendly but the rooms were a bit tired. It needs a bit of a make over. Good hotel for a one-night stay. More

Stayed for 2 nights in January. Great location and very accommodating staff. Got there at 10 am but were allowed access to our room straight away. We arrived at the Hotel and were greeted by a none too enthusiastic young lady. The Hotel itself is in need of a refurb, our room (although with a harbour view) was tired and dated. I am not sure if this Hotel is suitable for wheelchairs (we didn't see a ramp anywhere), we were offered no assistance with our luggage.... More
