stayed here for over a week, payed by Hyatt points and nights cash (150NZD). Room was nice and clean. Gym, pool and spa area are great! They have a 25 m pool, everything is new and in perfect condition. Hotel underwent renovation recently, maybe still is, but we have not been disturbed in any way. more

Great hotel, facilities were fantasic, rooms were spacious and clean, with great views of the city. The only downfall was its location ontop of a very steep hill. more

We were a little concerned after having booked then reading some bad reviews. However, the hotel was good. We were in the old section but it was clean and quiet with great views over port. Nice furnishings, good linen. The room was not large but it is a CBD hotel so was fine. The staff were very friendly and good... more

a hotel that lives up to it's reputation for great customer service. from the concierge to reception to makingbookings for a night out, they all did it with warmth, efficiency and professionalism. although the furnishing in the room i got was tired and the designs were abit dated (looking mid 90's) but the great service made up for the minuses.... more
