Lovely stay as we were on the sixth floor with the newly refurbished interior. Only thing they missed doing were the shower taps. There was no mixer for the shower and we had to do a bit of trial and error to get the right temperature. A bit of a fiddle. A shame as otherwise our stay was topnotch. more

This Hotel room was old, dank and had an off odor to it, kind of like getting hit with a wet mackerel in the face when you open the door but not as nice. I understand they have a newer tower. Can't speak to the 'older' tower rooms, but we stayed in a Residence King suite and found it really nice. room is old and internet in the room don't work. Lousy facilities. Wanted to take a shower and was told no water till 4am! Check with the reception if there is other room and she told me it is fully booked. Call my wife to check hyatt.com to check online and there is still room available. This is a pretty good hotel, but could be better. The good is a good location nice rooms (in the new wing that is, don't know about the old hotel part) The staff are generally friendly, but not always well trained. This is most likely due to " pay peanuts, get monkeys" , mixed with "come on an overseas traineeship"... more
