My roommate and I were in Auckland for a music convention. Room was ok, but surfaces were permanently marked and stained. NOTHING in the room was switched on so we had to search inside cupboards and walls to make anything work. TV had no picture - we were told it was a Sky TV problem so they couldn't do anything.... more

We spent 2 nights in Auckland and this hotel came highly recommended on tripadvisor and the comments were all true. This is a 20 floor hotel with fully serviced apartments/hotel rooms. Each room has a living room/sitting area with a nice couch and TV, a small kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, and a small working area as well.... more

Stayed in the hotel for one night. It did the job. Room was a decent size, bed comfortable and had a nice view. It does need a bit of a face lift though.
