My wife and I planned to stay in Auckland for only one night, so the hotel suits us well and gave us all basic service. It's quiet and comfortable, all the rooms a inside the hotel and near the lawn. And the staff are friendly. The price is good.

Very basic but comfortable hotel. They have single rooms which is unusual. Staff all extremely helpful. Lady on tourist desk in lobby was briliant. They cater for backpackers and travellers. Very central, bus from airport stops outside the door.
