Very helpful staff - they arranged rooms so we might be with our children next door. Very good breakfast - both continental and hot - prices varies for type, adults and children (unusual), so it is not worth to book with breakfast included. Good location. If you book a twin room it says it has double beds. They aren't! They are king singles so not suitable for sharing. The rooms don't have air conditioning so get hot in summer. Really needs a renovation. Value wise it's not expensive.

Stayed here for two nights. Room was clean, bed very comfy. Bathroom needs a make over. Great location walking distance to Parnell and harbor. Even there was renovation going on, it was quiet. Only noise was from the neighbours.

Stayed here for two nights with my daughters. Older, slightly tired rooms but quite adequate. Very stuffy and hot. First night we used the ceiling fan; second night discovered the portable fan in the wardrobe and that made things a lot more pleasant. Minimal traffic noise; but some noise from neighbours talking (and smoking?) outside the room. Plenty of parking.... More
