Has a lot of good points like nice setting and close to ammenities, beach, restaurants, shops etc. The prices charged for everything are over the top and the advertised sky TV will only give you a couple of channels. more

First impressions from staff were rude and unwelcoming. We purposely booked this place for a Bridal party. Our family in Auckland had booked the Emerald Inn for our first week of a month long trip in NZ. On arrival check in was very smooth and we were able to access our unit straight away even though it was only about 11am (I think!!).
