This B&B was just what we were looking for - it had character, was cosy and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Excellent location - 10 min walk to Queen St. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again (budget depending!) More

A superb Edwardian home tastfully converted into top notch B&B accommodation. Hosts John and David could not be friendlier or more helpful. Each room is beautifully presented. Braemar on Parliament St was well worth the visit. Braemer is a lovely building tucked away amongst Auckland Uni campus. The rooms are beautifully presented and all care is taken to ensure that guests have a fabulous time. David & John in particular make it a great experience. Definitely will return for another viist!
