Easy to access from the airport and easy to find and as our flight did not get in until 1.00am this was helpul. Owner was very welcoming and helpful even at 2.00am and showed us to ourapartment and gave us milk etc. We had a one bedroom apartment and the Lounge /diner/kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed one night in the Best Western Ellerslie prior to a cruise. We have stayed in many Best Western's, but found this one particularly disappointing.
