Quest apartments in Parnell are very conveniently located and provide very comfortable accommodation. However the service from the staff was sensational. Nothing was too much trouble. They really provided a wonderful memory for New Zealand from a 2 week trip. more
Excellent location, quiet and clean. Had a 2 bed apartment - worked out great with our 21 month old daughter. Staff were great when I rang 2 days before stay to request an early check-in. Great place. more
I've stayed at Quest Parnell 4 times over the last 12 months -usually coming for concerts at Vector Arena. I was impressed with standard of cleanliness and always a warm professional welcome from reception.This is just a perfect location-it is so quiet and yet close to absolutely everything. more
As it had been renamed from it's old name, I thought the standard of the hotel would have been much improved. Finding the Hotel was very difficult - we had it listed as Quest on Parnell, but of course it wasn't on Parnell (Rd) but Heather St. It also has a very small sign hidden behind a tree - and the exterior looks like a run down apartment block, or a university building!
