i got a great deal for this room through Wotif. The room was in the unrefurbished wing of the hotel, but it was still perfectly adequate. Refurbishments were going on on the same floor. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The first keycard issued didn't work, but the concierge sorted it out very quickly as the receptionists were busy. more
