This B&B is ideally located within easy distance to top quality restaurants and the city. It is first class accommodation in a charmingly restored home with modern facilities. The breakfasts were stunning and exceptionally well presented. The hosts (Marlene and Tony) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very nice B&B in Auckland. The hosts were very friendly and had excellent breakfast. Honestly, the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in (cream room). We spent one night here before flying back and it was a great choice... relaxing and close to everything. The home smelled so good too! Wish I knew what candles they used. more

The owners are lovely, friendly people who go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. I was making tea early one morning and wondering where I would find cream when suddenly the door opened and Marlene (hostess) offered up a container...I guess she had heard me stirring the sugar in! My experience was excellent, from being picked up at the airport early in the morning to being left at the airport when I left. Marlene & Tony were wonderful hosts, and lovely people. The breakfasts were delicious, and my room and bathroom were perfect - and immaculately clean. The location was close to public transportation, easily accessible to many interesting... more
