I thought only stay one night ... I stayed a month! the welcome was warm, I felt like at home. Team will really miss me ... but I'm a traveler, I still have many things to see in new zealand, so on the road again!!!!

The sign says it all. If you have a car, I would happily recommend this place. It's reasonably quiet at night although you can hear the traffic as it's right next to SH1. Close to Hamilton Garden and Waikato River. Friendly staff. I loved the Mongolian-style lounge - very unique yet fascinating!!

The staff here were very friendly and welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. Our room was a good size and the hostel was very clean. It's a house with several rooms in a comfortable and quiet neighbourhood, and the host is really friendly. There isn't much around that area though, so it's better if you're driving, and happen to pass by this area during your journey to spend the night.
