this is the most rank and filthy hotel ever. "luxury suites" ??? WTF, what a joke. the reception is down a dodgy corrodor and the room was anything but luxury. yellow stained towels, loud parties going on. the staff couldnt care less, stay at the much nicer ibis hotel for the same price more
This hotel bills itself as suites and has a gorgeous website. The reality is that it really is little better than cheap motel furniture in a larger room. Hamilton 4th largest city in New Zealand. Neat clean rooms, plenty of space. Booked a twin queen studio, don't know what the "studio" bit meant.
