I found the Motel very clean, and the hosts very courteous , The room was quiet. The charges were Inexpensive for both the unit and breakfast, The Pania Lodge gave excellect value for money spent. I intend using the Pania Lodge again. George Taylor, Wellington NZ

The best that can be said is this motel is entirely forgettable. Absolutely nothing special. Clean but tired. Its reasonably cheap but not good value. Suburban location with few nearby facilities. There are many other motels in Napier so go somewhere else.

Would have to be probably the best Motel I have ever stayed at, ever so clean, excellent bed, good price couldnt ask for better, will stay there again if ever in Napier again, fully recomended!! Rgds Pete Levett Woodstock NSW Oz

A littel bit out of town but not a problem if you have your own car. Got a very good reccomendation of the best fish and chips in Napier. Room was very clean. Would happily stay here again.

Nothing flash but very good value with a 2 bed unit at about $120 per night. Located a little bit out of town (3 km?) and the decor was a bit old-fashioned but I'd stay there again.

I can only agree with my fellow travelers. The unit was spotless, comfortable and really quite large, the hosts welcoming and helpful. You do need to drive into town but that is only 3/4 minutes away straight down Kennedy Road. The nearby Marewa Shops are handy with a couple of great little bakeries for that morning coffee and chelsea bun...... More
