Te hotel has a balcony, but we did not sit out because it was directly opposite a small restaurant and shopping area which partially obscured the view of the beach. However, it is perfect for a walk along the shore and around to the nearby harbour. The centre of Napier is a 5 minute drive away.

I stayed here for business last time I was in Napier, the rooms are very clean, staff very helpful and great views of the ocean, also very close to milk and honey, a great restaurant for breakfast. I will defiantly be staying here next time I am in Napier.

We stayed at the Navigate for a couple of nights and loved it. We had a room at the front of the hotel and gave us a great view of the bay. We were very happy with the studio room. It was very spacious as was the bathroom and shower. Our only disappointment was that lighting was dull and when we opened all the drapes and as we were on the ground floor we were exposed to the world. It was a very comfortable and quiet stay. Nice hotel with a large room and cute balcony with oceanviews. Hotel is near the beach, but not within walking distance of the downtown Art Deco district. Overnight stay at Navigate booked based on tripadvisor reviews - turned out to be an excellent choice! Warm and comfortable room, close to bars and restaurants and nice breakfast in cafe next morning. Staff were helpful and checkin-out painless. Will def come back, when I am in Napier next.

Thanks for the great weekend in Napier again, Navigate. This was our third time staying with you guys, and as always, a great time. Spotless accommodation, great location, friendly service. It's our place to stay when coming to the Bay.
