We spent only one night at the Masonic Hotel in Napier and it was really good! The hotel is really beautiful, everything is in Art Deco style! It's a lovely experience that will make your stay in Napier even more exciting!! Breakfast is very nice and staff really kind and friendly! If you are going to Napier, stay here!

This hotel was great! Amazing Art Deco style. Adorable rooms. Awesome shared balcony area on the second floor. Highly recommended. The Emporium restaurant was great, as well. Such a great town with a wonderful atmosphere. Even among the winter construction, restoration, and repair period. Worth a stay!

We arrived today having travelled from brisbane to auckland. Hired a car to drive to Napier an stumbled upon the Masonic hotel. We are staying only the night as that's all we have. It's our first visit to this beautiful wine town. And it is deep autume. Everything looks pretty. The hotel is in a very central location, charming art deco, easy to get everywhere. Room is warm and comfy. The restaurant is good. Love it. Would definitely want to come back to visit again.

This quaint hotel has been lovingly restored. It's on the waterfront, close and handy to the city, and numerous places to eat. I don't suspect it had en-suites in it's early days, but adding them to the rooms makes has made it comfortable.

A real Art Deco hotel. Our room opened onto the shared veranda so we took a bottle of red out there after dinner and enjoyed the ocean breeze. Comfortable room, free wifi, next to the main shopping area, overlooking Marine parade. We ate in the restaurant -- good value.
